Hiermee wordt de aandacht uit het hoofd naar het lichaam gebracht.<\/p>\n<p>Ademhalen betekent Leven. Het eerste wat je hier doet op aarde is het leven inademen en voordat je je lichaam loslaat, adem je voor de laatste keer uit. Iets dat symbool staat voor het loslaten op het diepste niveau. We zijn zoals we ademen. Dat wat we meemaken heeft invloed op onze ademhaling en vormt ons adempatroon. Emoties kunnen we onderdrukken door het middenrif aan te spannen. Wanneer dit chronisch gebeurt en onbewust blijft, ontstaat er een oppervlakkig adempatroon met bijbehorende spierspanningen welke zich in lichamelijke klachten kunnen uiten. Onze oorspronkelijke levensenergie wordt hier afgeknepen.<\/p>\n<p>Deze actievere ademhaling brengt je naar je onderbewuste. Je lichaam gaat voor je spreken. Op bewust niveau weet je niet altijd dat er blokkades aanwezig zijn. Vaak zitten deze blokkades er al jarenlang en voel je dit als pijn of spanning in je nek of schouders of andere delen van het lichaam. Je kunt deze emoties dan letterlijk vast voelen zitten als knopen of spierkrampen. Door de adem bewegen ze zich naar de oppervlakte. Soms kan je dit ervaren als een bepaalde emotie zoals verdriet of boosheid, fysieke pijn, verkramping of een onbehagelijk gevoel. Ook voelt bijna iedereen zich na een sessie volledig opgeladen en is er tegelijkertijd een diepe innerlijke rust. Het kan echter ook voorkomen dat je juist erg moe en emotioneel bent na een sessie, er is iets in je aangeraakt en dit gevoel kan zeker enige tijd doorwerken. Vertrouw op dit proces.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Zorg dan ook het liefst dat je na de ademsessie voldoende ruimte hebt om rust te nemen.<\/p>\n<p>Het is tevens belangrijk dat je de opgedane ervaringen, inzichten, emoties etc. gaat integreren in je dagelijks leven. Als je er niets mee doet, zal een groot deel van je ervaringen kunnen vervagen. De beste manier om voorbij de eventuele pijn of verkramping te gaan is om het volledig te ervaren en er doorheen te gaan.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Vertraag de adem.\u00a0<\/strong>Als de ervaring te intens wordt, ga dan terug naar je rustige adem. Vergeet niet dat jij z\u00e9lf de intensiteit van de ervaring controleert, je kunt de adem op elk moment vertragen en jezelf opnieuw aan de grond houden voordat je verder gaat in je reis, dan versnel je de adem weer.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Laat geluid horen.<\/strong>\u00a0Een grote zucht, een schreeuw of onbedaarlijk huilen helpt je met de release. Het kan wat ongemakkelijk voelen, maar als je hebt ervaren hoe dit kan opluchten en bevrijdend kan werken, dan hoop ik dat je die schaamte voorbij gaat.<\/li>\n<li><b>Stuur de adem<\/b>\u00a0in de delen van je lichaam die het het meest nodig hebben.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Onthoudt dat<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>voorbij het tijdelijke ongemak genezing ligt.<\/strong>\u00a0Bij het proces blijven en doorgaan met de adem is een manier om een hogere staat van bewustzijn te bereiken, zonder weerstand tegen de ervaring. Ik adviseer meestal 3 sessies achter elkaar in te plannen met max. 2 weken tussenruimte. Als je 3 sessies achter elkaar plant, dan maak je een soort \u2018commitment\u2019 met jezelf, je gaat een mooi proces aan en dan weet je wat het voor jou kan (gaan) betekenen. Uiteraard ben je hier geheel vrij in, je kunt ook gewoon komen ervaren wat ademen met je doet.<\/p>\n<p>Wanneer er veel trauma in het lichaam is opgeslagen \u2013 vaak al vanuit onze jeugd \u2013 kan het zijn dat je meerdere sessies nodig hebt. Iedere sessie is weer anders, en het lichaam gaat op zoek naar wat zich op dat moment wil laten zien. Je krijgt niet meer dan je aan kan, maar ook niet minder.<br \/>\nNa deze sessies kan het heel fijn zijn om op regelmatige basis een sessie in te plannen om de ontspanning in het lichaam en de geest vast te houden. Ademwerk is veilig. Jouw lichaam is intelligent en weet precies wat je nodig hebt. Echter is vanwege de intensiteit deze therapie voor sommige mensen niet geschikt.<\/p>\n<p><b>Enkele contra-indicaties zijn:<\/b>\u00a0zwangerschap, hart- en vaatziekten, diabetes, hersenbloeding, beroerte, epilepsie, osteoporose, glaucoom, loslatend netvlies, recente operaties, geestelijke aandoeningen zoals (aanleg voor) psychose\/borderline\/schizofrenie, actieve (drugs- of alcohol) verslaving. Longziekten (astmatisch) maar ook corona gerelateerde klachten, ook na het doorlopen van het virus. Graag de situaties melden waarbij je deze gezondheidsproblemen hebt of hebt gehad.<\/p>\n<p>Heb je gezondheidsklachten, dan raad ik je aan bij twijfel contact met je behandelend arts op te nemen.\u00a0<b>Meldt altijd medicatiegebruik en recent drugsgebruik. Tussen drugsgebruik en de sessie dient 2 weken te zitten. Geen alcohol de dag voor en de dag van de sessie nuttigen.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Bij een heftige burn-out kan het verstandig zijn het lichaam eerst te laten ontspannen (Lichaamswerk, Slaap van de Yogi), dit kunnen we van tevoren even afstemmen.
